This early fall, nestled just outside Dallas, Texas, a couple from upstate New York gathered with their closest family members for a breathtaking micro wedding at The Hillside Estate. With its stately white mansion perched atop a hill, the venue provided the perfect backdrop for a celebration that was equal parts intimate and extravagant.
A Bold Vision with Heart
Though the guest list was small, the vision was anything but simple. The couple wanted their day to feel warm, joyful, and truly one-of-a-kind. We designed avant-garde florals in a rich, colorful palette—think deep pinks, bright yellow, gentle blue, and pops of burgundy—to contrast beautifully against the Estate’s elegant white exterior.
From the moment guests arrived, they were greeted by a show-stopping floral tree seating chart installation, bursting with blooms and personalized with each guest’s name and table assignment. It was a whimsical, unexpected detail that set the tone for the rest of the day.
A Mansion Made for Moments
The ceremony was held on the Estate’s terrace, overlooking the rolling hills—a quiet, sacred moment surrounded by love and Texas sunshine. The couple exchanged heartfelt vows with family seated close, tears flowing freely and laughter echoing softly.
As golden hour arrived, guests were led indoors for a gorgeously styled intimate dinner in the mansion’s grand hall. A mix of delicate white linens, gold accents, and lush floral blooms transformed the space into a dreamy autumn escape.
